Our comprehensive Full Appraisal involves a physical site visit by one of our professional field specialists. During the visit, detailed photos of the property will be taken, and both the interior and exterior will be thoroughly observed. Additionally, we will professionally measure your home. This on-site data, combined with public information (MLS, CRS, etc.), will form the basis of the appraiser's analysis. Following a meticulous review of all gathered data and an assessment of comparable properties, the appraiser will present their opinion of Fair Market Value. This will be reported on a GPResidential Appraisal form, photos, a plat map, and exterior measurements.
